Purchase from our online art gallery, live with the artwork of your choice for five days, and if you
are not satisfied – return it to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for
the artwork (our Returns Policy is not applicable for photographic works or commissioned
artworks ).
Great consideration is taken when selecting contemporary art for you and all artists and artwork
showcased by Anonymous are rigorously selected by our team. We will only showcase work of
the highest quality and aim to ensure that the price reflects the value of the artwork. Anonymous
offers a five-day no argument money back guarantee on artwork that has been purchased without
prior viewing (excluding photographic editions and commissioned artwork ). Should you be
dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven days of receiving the order. We will
issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the art and pay for the return shipping of artworks
within South Africa.
Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping as we will not accept
returned items from customers that have been damaged in transit, due to insufficient packaging.
If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Acceptance of returns outside of the 5 days time frame will be at the discretion of Anonymous.
* Client is liable for the cost of the initial shipping as well as the cost of the return within South
Africa.
** Client is liable for the cost of the return on artworks shipped outside of South Africa.
*** International customers: please note that import duties cannot be recovered if you return an
artwork.
Returns Process
If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@anonymous-art.com within 5 days of
receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection
date and address. We will schedule a courier to collect the artwork and send you a confirmation
email. Please print out this email and include it with the artwork being returned. We will refund
your purchase after the artist has received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to
process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
