Our Tribe (Triptyche), 2022
A Tuesday night meeting of women in recovery, stretched across three canvases. The laughter looks ordinary. For these women it isn’t. “Their sisterhood is hard-won and precious, for each of them know that alcoholic isolation intimately.” Oil on canvas triptych by Lucille Fernandes-Stangl, 800 x 2620 mm overall. Original, with Certificate of Authenticity.
